Noticed Mount Olorgesailie is a red link. Does the site take its name from this Mountain? if so, we could include that in the article rather than have a drifting red link. Julia Rossi (talk) 10:38, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Intro

[edit]

Hi clarityfiend, wondering why you replaced found there with discovered there? To me it sounds odd like that because "it is known for" implies they were discovered there, where else would they be? how else are they known? Or is that the more you look at stuff the odder it gets? Understandable, ;).

Would this be better: "Olorgesailie is noted for discoveries of the large number of Acheulean hand axes, associated with animal butchering." ...? Or,

"The site at Olorgesailie is noted for the large number of blah blah...butchering." rrngh, oh well.

Comment at DYK was that article is a stub. Hopefully have corrected that misconception. On "Word" the characters, structure and refs are plenty for start class. What do you say? Julia Rossi (talk) 09:50, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
