Old talk
This page is definitely incorrect. Petrozavodsk is in its own administrative region, and Povenets is in the Medvezhyegorsk rayon. Kargopol is in the Arkhangelsk Oblast, and Vytegra is in the Vologda Oblast. It seems that historical data and current situation have become entangled in such a way the article is now incorrect.
