MIA?
[edit]I heard news a while back that Oleg went missing somewhere in africa or some other place i don't remember when he was shooting for a film, if i remember correctly... What's happened to him now? Is he found and still in one piece, seeing that there's no date of death written in the article?
check out this: "I came to the United States in November 1994 because I had a dream of becoming an actor. The path to becoming an actor was first becoming a UFC champion."

NPOV
[edit]The Controveries section is biased. Since much of it is not sourced besides, the whole section seems like a candidate to be deleted entirely. hateless 17:30, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
- I think it should be rebuilt from the ground up. There are more sides to Taktarov than just his wrestling career. --Green Hill 07:26, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

On the DVD UFC VII: Brawl In Buffalo Oleg stated that he had no interest in actually defeating Ken and was fighting for a draw. He states that he was looking forward to the upcoming UFC: Ultimate Ultimate.

How can the neutrality be in dispute ? That is what Oleg says himself on the DVD interview. Killa Klown (talk) 20:58, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
Compteted in Pride?
[edit]To my knowledge, and according to the listed fight record on this very entry, Oleg has never competed in Pride. The first paragraph is therefore in error. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.252.121.80 (talk) 19:46, 10 May 2007 (UTC).
- He was knocked out by Gary Goodridge at 4:57 of the first round in 1997 in a Pride match. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.36.131.93 (talk) 21:03, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
- Correct, he fought in Pride 1. See Taktorov's profile on Sherdog and Taktarov's website for reference. MrVibrating (talk) 22:09, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
