NLS Beratha: "Evolution of verbal morphology in Balinese"

@Nyilvoskt: For a full treatment of Old Balinese and its diachronic relation to modern Balinese dialects, I suggest to build on Ni Luh Sutjiati Beratha's dissertation "Evolution of verbal morphology in Balinese". It's really comprehensive and covers many aspects of historical phonology and diachronic comparative grammar.
