[edit]Is Olaf Karthaus sufficient noteworthy to have an article in Wikipedia? The article mentions none of his contributions to polymer chemistry. It reads instead like a resume or curriculum vitae converted to paragraph form. At a minimum, the article needs to be cleaned up and wikified. Can someone more knowledgeable about Karthaus or polymer chemistry please respond? If a response is not made, I will initiate a vote for deletion. Leeannedy 19:13, 26 November 2005 (UTC)
I created this page. I am not sure about his scientific work, but he had a great impact on Japanese society by his lawsuit against a discriminating bath house. So I would like to see this page retained and not deleted. abarenbo, 29 November 2005
