Doubt over what O.S. stands for

[edit]

I am unable to verify that O.S. stands for "Ogawa Seiki". O.S. Max suggests otherwise and I'm an unable to substantiate either claim using Google or the O.S. homepage.

Ogawa Seiki

[edit]

When I wrote the original article, I was basing the Ogawa Seiki name on a magazine article from the mid-70's that listed it as such. Now I believe it's probably simply Shigeo Ogawa's initials. Is it common practice to reverse initials in Japanese? In any case, I agree this article should be merged and/or deleted, probably the latter. Since I wrote the original, you won't be hurting my feelings a bit. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.23.96.60 (talk) 05:42, 16 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]
