Suemori Castle
[edit]When you say the castle was "reduced", do you mean "conquered" or "destroyed"?114.161.229.100 (talk) 06:33, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
I have an issue with the sentance in this article: "In 1544 Nobuhide gave Nobuyuki to the Mori clan as part of an alliance deal; he was kept for 2 years, and the other hostage Tokugawa Ieyasu helped him escape"
Tokugawa Ieyasu was born in 1543, so at best he would be three years old when Nobuyuki was with the Mori. Nor can I find any referance to Ieyasu being Hostage to the Mori. He was hostage to the Oda in 1549. This statement needs checking I think it is incorrect — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dtraverse (talk • contribs) 14:04, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
"Nobuyuki" probably isn't his real name
[edit]While later accounts list this person as "Oda Nobuyuki" (織田信行), documents issued by him are never signed that way. The names "Nobukatsu" (信勝) shows up in period, as well as the name Nobunari (信成) and Tatsunari(達成). It looks like the name used by scholars now is Nobukatsu (for example, Ikegami Hiroko in her recent (2012) biography of Oda Nobunaga). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 126.204.26.157 (talk) 07:04, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
