The reference is to the NRIS database. You, like many others, might not like the formatting of the NRIS reference, which seems to point readers to a pretty useless page, where they could conceivably download the entire NRIS database. To question that, please participate at Template talk:NRISref. However, the source is the NRIS database itself, which I and some others have downloaded and use regularly. The NRISref reference appears in more than 10,000 wikipedia articles. --doncram14:13, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
