Ownership & Leadership Updates

Since 2020, Restaurant Growth Services, LLC has managed O'Charley's. Restaurant Growth Services, LLC is a majority-owned subsidiary of Cannae Holdings, Inc.

Also, Craig Barber is no longer CEO. RGS is lead by President and CFO Kara Jacobs.
