Within the last day, I joined the effort to translate this article from Spanish Wikipedia and I finished. I am an amateur linguist and I saw that the Spanish source was rife with technical errors (lots of false terminology, theoretically wrong statements) evidently due to unfamiliarity with the discipline of linguistics. There were even contradictory descriptions. I had to delete several sentences just because one can't tell what's true from the source article. For example, the section on tones was badly done in both languages. First it was said that the high and rising tones occur only in monosyllables, then it was said they occur also in polysyllables.
