[edit]I suggest moving the link and taxobox from this article to the existing one, and making this a redirect. I've sent a message to the author. ~ Veledan • Talk + new 14:00, 10 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit]Would I be correct in saying that Northern Pacific seastar and Japanese sea star are the same animal?--Traveler100 (talk) 06:00, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
The Japanese sea star segment is at best, redundant and should be deleted or sunk into the article for the Northern pacific seastar. Parts of it are also unverified (e.g., the migration). ChrisM18 (talk) 06:17, 20 November 2009 (UTC)ChrisM18
I suggest moving the "Reproduction" section to the Asterias amurensis page. I have added text about its presence in N. America where that information would be helpful. BHornsby (talk) 16:47, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
