Notability[edit]

I am not sure that the sources added establish notability for this rather new journal. I certainly don't think that being available through some subscription-based service (HeinOnline) establishes notability. As for being 94th on the list of flagship journals: as far as I understand from that website, they just list journals ranked according to the rank accorded to the respective law school (that is, they don't rank the journals themselves) and I think that this is in conflict with WP:NOTINHERITED. --Crusio (talk) 07:32, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
