[edit]The geographical definitions of North Dallas *really* needs work, anyone with information please contact me. drumguy8800 - speak 12:40, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
50% of that graphic is NOT north dallas but instead known as Far North Dallas to everyone in Dallas. Anything north of LBJ is considered Far North Dallas. Ask anyone in Dallas and they will tell you.
North Dallas and Far North Dallas are very distinctly different. Hey how come there is no criticism section, this is after all wikipedia. We should have a criticism section and quote lots of idiots. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.187.190.208 (talk) 05:46, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
You khow after reading the entire article the most merciful thing to do would be delete the article. It sucks big time. Someone just made shit up (surprise and welcome to wikipedia - the dictionary that doesn't trust itself and for good reason.)
Seriously the article has nothing to do with reality and is mostly make believe. Collin county is north dallas? ha ha ha. I live in FAR NORTH DALLAS and this article is dumber than all get out. Google north dallas high school and look and see where it is on a map. The graphic in this article should be deleted too, it looks like a inkblot. Useless. Ha ha ha I love wikipedia, it's great comedy!
what a god damn useless and misleading article. Seriously, what a demonstrable fucking joke.
STOP MAKING SHIT UP, LOSERS
[edit]This is what makes wikipedia so fucking 1984ish, you just make shit up out of thin air and act as if its fact. Yeah I have potty mouth, who cares, at least I'm not making shit up and selling it as an encyclopedia. if you have any intergrity at all you'll delete this nonsense of an article.
- First of all you seriously need to calm down. Second, did you ever stop to think that maybe your defintion of "North Dallas" is not the only possible defintion? I have not reverted your edits, because I don't know one way or the another - however, your attitude makes me seriously doubt the accuracy of your edits. --ThaddeusB (talk) 06:12, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
My attitude? Ha ha ha get a map of dallas and campare it to the article. ASK anyone who lives in dallas. Look at collin and denton county boundaries, notice NOT an inch of dallas lies in it. Richardson, Addison, are NOT neighborhoods, they are freaking cities, guy! My attitude stems from ther fact wikipedia is mostly run by lying tards who make stuff up. I hate wikipedia, I came here last night on accident, I was looking for trails in far north dallas and this steaming bowl of tard was in my searech results. I knew better than to look at anything from wikipedia. My bad, put all the petently false information back in the article if you want. Or add a "controversy" section. I don't care and the only people on planet earth who give wiki any creedence are the lying editors who write it. EVERYONE knows wiki is unreliable. Ha ha ha! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.187.190.208 (talk) 12:25, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- Although I hate to concur with anything said with such stunningly aggressive ignorance by someone who hides behind an anonymous IP address, I do tend to agree that independent cities (such as Addison and Richardson) should not be categorized as "neighborhoods" of North Dallas. However, despite all the vitriol, a glance at the map at http://maps.dallascityhall.com/ confirms that the city of Dallas does indeed extend into Collin and Denton Counties. This does not come as a surprise to me, as I've lived in the Collin County section of the City of Dallas for more than 25 years. HMishkoff (talk) 15:46, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

This is just a bunch of lists.. also it needs an explanation of exact physical boundaries and photographs. The distinction between North, West & East Dallas and even a broader region like Far North Dallas is in order. drumguy8800 C T 20:26, 31 October 2006 (UTC) I've seeded the article with appropriate section heads and I fleshed out the Transportation section to about the size and quality that the rest of the sections should be at. This article should ultimately be at least GA. -- drumguy8800 C T 06:14, 1 May 2007 (UTC) |
