Technical review
- No problems with dab or external links.
Referencing
Is there a particular reason you need both editions of Knaack? In any case, you only seem to cite Knaack once, using the original 1978 edition, and the page range is missing.Still don't see a page ref. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 12:39, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
Citations 5 and 9 take me to the Eisenhower library but not to the articles/pages in question.Citations 15 and 17 seem to employ the same website but the format used is inconsistent.New point: references Dorr and Pace (1991) do not appear to be cited; they should either be removed entirely from the article or else moved to a "Further reading" section before "External links". Prose/content/structure
- Copyedited; let me know if I've inadvertently altered any meaning.
- Spot check of avaliable online refs indicated no close paraphrasing.
From a spelling point of view I note "canceled" (US) in the lead and infobox, then "cancellation" (presumably British only) in the body, so pls check for consistency. Also the quote by Neil H. McElroy uses "cancelled" -- pls check the source for the exact spelling.
Supporting materials
- Image licensing checks out okay. Fascinating to see a design that looks like a cross between the Delta Dart and the Vigilate...
- I note that the infobox image is subject to a deletion notice because the source doesn't confirm US government and therefore PD. The 3-view drawing might be in the same boat, actually. I don't know if you're able to deal with this -- won't affect GA status but be a shame to lose either of them. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 12:39, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
Summary
- Nice article with no major problems; if you can address the outstanding points I'll be happy to pass. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 05:15, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
- All done. Yeah, since you brought the point up, the Rapier is very reminiscent of the Vigilante, although I suspect the latter was partially derived from the Rapier. Sp33dyphil "Ad astra" 07:21, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
- Changes generally look good but pls note additional points under Referencing. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 12:39, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, satisfied with all that, passing as GA -- well done. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 07:33, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
