Sighting

[edit]

The article says in two places that "little is known", so in the off chance that a biologist stops by here and plans to study them, I wanted to mention that I found one in Gafsa oases yesterday. It had fallen into an irrigation channel and was swimming for its life, I fished it out with a palm frond. Might be an easier population to study than trying to find ones that live in the more deserty parts of the desert.

I've been around a long time and know this isn't really the purpose of Wikipedia, but I don't think I'll distract too much from the discussion on this talk page. Regards, —Ben Brockert (42) 16:42, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
