I will be looking at this article as part of the July 2021 good article nominations backlog drive. Kncny11 (shoot) 20:25, 2 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, I am going to have to fail this article due to several violations of the GA criteria. I will list them below, for transparency's sake, and the full criteria can be found at WP:GAFAIL:

It contains copyright violations. Many of the images that were on the page were deleted two days ago due to copyright violations, and an Earwig check revealed several phrases lifted or very closely paraphrased from sources.

It is a long way from meeting any one of the six good article criteria. The article fails here on a few counts:

  • Well-written. The prose is very clunky, and falls frequently into proseline. I'm particularly fascinated by the inconsistent number of spaces between paragraphs.
  • it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guidelines. None of the references are properly formatted, several come from Flickr photos, which are additionally not reliable.
  • Stable. Two days ago, almost all of the photos were removed, which has left the "Gallery" section completely blank, and this has not been fixed. I assume that more edits will follow.

Bluntly, this article is a long way from GA shape. Additionally, while it is not a requirement, it is preferable if the article is nominated by its primary contributor, and I see that you have only made four edits to the page, with the bulk of the work done by another editor.
