Talk:Nominal group technique

The current state of the article focuses on the ranking of ideas and not the generation of them. My experience with NGT indicates that the generation phase is where NGT focuses and that, the ranking is actaully secondary and optional. It would be good to check the original sorce: Delbecq and Van de Ven.
