Cleanup

I've added a number of maintenance tags to this article for the following reasons:

There isn't a single cited reference in the whole article.
The tone is often inappropriate (example: "Noel is a perplexing and mystifying Christmas movie ..."), and the article in general is just poorly written (example: "Meanwhile, a jealous cop (Paul Walker) with a pretty and pregnant fiancée (Penélope Cruz) assaults her gay tree-decorator friend and has a mysterious encounter with Artie (Alan Arkin), an older man running a restaurant who seems to know him.").
The lead-in to the article is basically a plot summary, yet there is another, overly-long plot summary under the "Plot" heading.
There are no "Production" or "Critical reception" sections.
No mention of the notable fact that this film was simultaneously released in theaters, on cable TV, and as a Flexplay disc (as far as I know, this is the only film to date that has been released in this manner).
