@Boleyn: Seems to be a duplicate of Nituletenna. Google Maps confusingly uses the name Nithulethenna, but links to Nituletenna. ARandomName123 (talk)^{Ping me!} 21:24, 1 January 2025 (UTC)

Based on the amount of google results I'm getting, and the fact that Nithulethenna is the only one that returns a result in http://moha.gov.lk:8090/lifecode/village_list, and a few other Sri Lankan government documents, I'll move this article to that name, and redirect the other one here.
