Where is the Introduction?
[edit]This article lacks an introduction. I could try to create one from some of the existing text, but I am not a nurse and may lack sufficient understanding of what this theory is to be able to create an adequate introduction. Any volunteers? Pzavon (talk) 01:51, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
