I chanced upon this article after seeing her captioned on television as Nicolle Ndiweni-Roberts. WP needs a source for the Roberts change, particularly as emboldened.
I have bannered and inlined this as drive-by spa/IPs have added unsourced detail including birth day, always a giveaway as a possible WP:COI, mostly in this 3 November 2024 change.
Whereas I do not object in principle to publicly-elected officials having a bio which fails notability/ongoing significant coverage, much content was puffery (again indicating non-regular contributors):
Nicolle holds a degree in Criminology and International Relations from the University of Lincoln. Prior to her role as PCC, she worked as a Business Expansion Specialist in Inward Investment, where she supported a diverse range of high-growth SMEs and global businesses, helping them navigate and accelerate their expansion plans. A strong advocate for public-private partnerships, Nicolle recognises the importance of collaboration in delivering effective solutions in both the physical and digital world we live in. As Vice Chair and Women's Representative on Labour's East Midlands Regional Board, and a former East Midlands Representative on Labour’s National Policy Forum, she understands the transformative power of policies that shape communities for the better.
I've changed the short descr from "British" (added by a resident of India) as I'm unsure whether it's correct for WP and it's the law of diminishing returns to try to understand quasi-legalities (birth, dual nationality, visa etc) from WP articles. 82.13.47.210 (talk) 00:11, 8 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
