[edit]I am not sure this individual is notable enough to deserve a Wikipedia entry. There are several individuals who are far more prominent on a national or international level than this person who don't have Wikipedia entries.
I propose that this article should be put up for a notability review, and deleted if found lacking.

[edit]I've added and corrected more references in the article and am in the process of adding more. Ms Gaston is the co-director of one of New Zealand's most prestigious research institutions. She has also won a significant science award. This along with her press coverage ensures she meets English Wikipedia's notability criteria.Ambrosia10 (talk) 23:42, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
