In Collingwood's Round 21 clash against Hawthorn, Daicos was tagged by Hawks midfielder Finn Maginness and was kept to a career-low 5 disposals.[1] During the game, he was subjected to a tackle from Hawks defender James Blanck which caused a hairline fracture in the lateral tibial plateau of the right knee joint, ruling him out for the rest of the Home and Away season. - Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Please be more precise on what and where you want the changes to be made. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 13:42, 7 August 2023 (UTC)

edit request regarding gold coast bid
[edit]"Daicos was drafted with pick 4 in the 2021 AFL draft under the father–son rule. Gold Coast made a bid for him with a later draft pick, but Collingwood matched their bid and secured Daicos."
This is factually incorrect. Gold Coast made a bid with Pick 4. Collingwood then matched a bid by combining points to get him at pick 4 which then Pushed Gold coast's pick to pick 5.
sentence should read:
"Daicos was drafted with pick 4 in the 2021 AFL draft under the father–son rule. Gold Coast made a bid for him, but Collingwood matched their bid and secured Daicos." Nardz16 (talk) 05:25, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
- I removed the whole sentence about Gold Coast bidding for him. It isn't important enough information to be in the lede of the article. --SuperJew (talk) 07:41, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
