1870 and London – Page 159 of historian Muntassir Mamoon's book "Dhaka Smirti Bismiritir Nagari" says Nicholas Pogose died around 1870 and he left Bengal for London before he died.
1876 and Dhaka – An article on the Daily Star says it is 1876 and it contains a photo of his tomb which is in Narinda Christian Cemetery, Dhaka, Bangladesh
