Sources?

[edit]

This article reads like a p.r. campaign brochure. This is an encyclopedia. This article needs sources. It is simply a series of unproven, undocumented and unsourced statements. 68.183.246.164 (talk) 06:40, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seems OK to Me

[edit]

I just read through the entire article, and I see nothing PR-ish about this page. To me, it reads like a standard biography. I see no pressing need for major changes.

The section on Bishop of Brooklyn is copied from the page on the Bishop at the Diocese website. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously - it is against the law. The material must be rewritten or it will be removed. There are better sources of information. This is a socially active bishop who has done much more than a dry bio from the diocese indicates. The two New York Times articles cited are a good place to start. StarryGrandma (talk) 04:07, 29 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

apostolic visiitation to Diocese of Buffalo
