  • I added a picture of a manual nibbler. Now we need a picture of a power nibbler.


I don't own a power nibbler, but I do own a shear-type nibbler, so I took a photo and uploaded it. This illustrates the two basic nibbler mechanisms in use. --Quicksilver 23:29, 14 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I briefly viewed the article and would like to point out that the nibbler machine is not anything of the sort. I am a Field technician on these machines and that is NOT a nibbler, it is a punch press. it operates in an entirely different way to a nibbler. If you need pictures of a power nibbler go to the TRUMPF website and look under power tools there is one there. The punch press needs to be taken off this article as it is misleading.
Agree with the last poster, the shears are entirely different to the nibbler. The shears make a continuous cut whereas the nibbler takes a series of small bites. See Sheet metal shears
