Notability

I have removed the prod not so much because I believe the article is notable, but because I believe it is useful for this information to be recorded on Wikipedia. Account number length

The article states that the account number is 15 digits in length, but then goes on to say that this is comprised of 6 + 7 + 3 digits which adds up to 16 digits. So do banks sometimes format the account number as 6-7-2 digits (i.e. 15 digits in total) but the full account number is actually 6-7-3 digits (i.e. 16 digits in total)?

Hi, is there a source verifying this need to add an extra 0 at the beginning of suffix? I can't verify this information anywhere else? All other websites say 2 or 3 digits, and don't mention requiring an extra 0. Furthermore, the 16-digit format actually only applies for NZD accounts in New Zealand. Foreign currency accounts have their own formats. A Westpac USD account number looks like 'ddddddUSDdddddd' (6 digits, then 'USD', then 6 digits). Change to page name/title?
