Random pictures

The pictures in this article - showing meat cuts and a random picture from a restaurant in the UK - don't directly relate to the NZ Meat Producers Board, and should be removed. --LJ Holden 00:21, 23 September 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for your response. I do see your point but the board was made to get meat sold, those are photos (/pictures Lamb + Beef) of the product. Yes, I can't tell where they came from. Have you ever heard of Smithfield? I'll wait till I have learned the answer. Carcasse was the spelling in the source. You think it old-fashioned? Eddaido (talk) 00:27, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
This might help. Eddaido (talk) 00:30, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
I'd be very happy if you found pictures that you believed appropriate to put a little life into an otherwise grey start to a grey article. Might the Meat Board supply something? Those were the most apt I could find. Good luck, Eddaido (talk) 01:10, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
AFAIK "Carcass" is the correct spelling. Yes I've heard of Smithfield, not sure how whether I've heard of a market or not is relevant. Perhaps instead of adding random images, you could contact the Meat Board. --LJ Holden 05:00, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
Was hoping you knew at least a very little about the subject. Will leave the images until better are provided. BUT I see we have attracted some attention, let us hope that is productive benefitting the article. Eddaido (talk) 05:05, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
What I know about the subject is irrelevant, what can be added and verified is. There's no need for "better" images, the ones in use aren't suitable to the article. --LJ Holden 11:04, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
If you know your subject you can write intelligently about it. I'm sure you agree. Am interested by your recent amendments will come back later when you are finished. The photos are very appropriate. Please leave them. Eddaido (talk) 11:07, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
I've removed the images as they are not suitable for this article. Maybe in articles about British lamb cuts or the Smithfield market, but not the New Zealand Meat Producers Board. --LJ Holden 11:12, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
The end result will be tidier if I wait until you are done, then we can discuss it all. If you know nothing about it why are you fiddling with the article? Regards, Eddaido (talk) 11:17, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
Uh, I never said that I know nothing about the article's subject matter. I said that what I know is irrelevant. What can be verified and is relevant to the article is what's important. I'm not fiddling at all, my edits comply with the Wikipedia MoS and verifiability rules.--LJ Holden 11:24, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
"Today the . . ." That's Better. Go positive. P.S. You have managed to break at least one of your "rules". Eddaido (talk) 11:32, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
