Expert Needed
[edit]I copyedited the article just now, and it was difficult identifying which nouns needed to be capitalized because I'm not sure if they are proper when referring to the Maldives (e.g. Road Map). Cleanup is needed, but as I'm not an expert on this subject (actually I knew absolutely nothing before I found this article), I'm not sure what to keep, what to delete, or how to arrange it. If someone could do this, it would be great for the project! This is an important article that needs some cleaning up by someone more knowledgeable than myself. talkingbirds 23:05, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
