User:Pfold, that map is a very questionable choice, if you are going to show the extent of the language why are you focusing just on Poland? Those areas were mixed at best, Old High German and Early New High German articles don't focus on territories, but on the characteristics of the language itself. Btw, why fixate on territory, Germany is not the only country that was really big and lost ground, compare Sweden in the 1600's, France in the 1800s, Poland in the 1600s, etc. E-960 (talk) 13:44, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
