Noteworthy?
[edit]As far as I can tell, there are only two PubMed hits for this condition: one is the paper in which the term was proposed, a report of a single case, and the other is a review quoting the former. A single case report doesn't provide sufficient evidence for the existence of a condition, so unless this is a synonym for some better-known condition -- in which case this should be made clear -- I don't think it's a suitable topic for a Wikipedia page.
