Physical therapy section

[edit]

I am a licensed physical therapist in the United States. I suggest removing the specific exercises in the physical therapy section to prevent someone from injuring themselves. Physical therapy is not a one size fits all profession. We use evidenced based practice to prescribe exercises and use techniques to treat patients. Having someone try to follow exercises on here is a huge liability risk (for example they may have disc issues which you would want to avoid flexion based exercises). The source for this section is not the best resource either. It is a patient education handout from a specific doctor and not prescribed exercise routine. AGAIN THIS IS A LIABILITY RISK! I suggested either deleting this section or putting a disclaimer. 2600:1700:1112:BBF0:F4DC:24B:CBD8:ADC0 (talk) 01:06, 18 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
