=Neudeck in East Prussia= Neudeck was in East Prussia. Can anyone correct this article, since Ogrodzieniec is hundreds of miles away in Silesia. =Hindenburg Memoirs= Searching for my own answers to my own questions, I was able to determine the correct location of Neudeck. In his memoirs, Hindenburg reminisces about his childhood experiences at the family estate, which was in the family before 1863. Although he speaks of the area as East Prussia, it appears that Rosenberg and Finckenstein Kreis, were later part of West Prussia ( but on the border). Today Rosenberg is in Poland and called Susz. It is just south of Malbork Marienburg.

Neudeck and Ogrodzieniec, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship are just the same places, this article is part of a "History" section. HerkusMonte (talk) 13:58, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
