Reverted to version from December 2020

RfC on improving this article about local public transport
[edit]RfC on improving this article about local public transport. Article has been tagged for length and detail since 2018. It lacks reliable sources and has a lot of info which I think will degrade over time. What is the best way forward here? Should it be cut down to a minimum?
