51st Manchester Regiment

I don't see how it's helpful to rename this to "Manchester Regiment 51st (Graduated) Battalion". Battalions in the First World War are known in the format "16th Lancashire Fusiliers" SiameseTurtle (talk) 22:34, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Death

No children

Hughes married twice, but never had any children, although he was frequently visited by his nephews.
