Is CD 10 the same as Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA)? If so, wouldn't this be an important thing to mention in the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.73.149.236 (talk) 04:06, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A user tried to modify this page stating that: 02:01, 28 March 2011 Oreilles (talk | contribs) m (9,207 bytes) (the caption to the figure "normal kidney" is incorrect: it is severely abnormal kidney with probably tubulo-interstitial disease. I do not see how to change the caption myself.) but was unable to do so appropriately, can this be checked?

"The cornerstone of guideline-directed medical therapy for HFrEF involves inhibition of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and sympathetic nervous systems and augmentation of favorable pathways with inhibition of neprilysin, a neutral endopeptidase that degrades several peptides involved in regulating cardiovascular and renal homeostasis and metabolism."
