Track order contradictions

What is the source of info used for the track order listed here? The order listed for discs 8 & 9 contradict the officially published tracklist:

This used the official running order provided on the box set itself. Many Neil Young fans and NYA have identified that the initial advertised running order is incorrect, as shown on the box set and the Neil Young Archives official Jacubepedia (talk) 00:25, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
