Headline text
[edit]he was also one of the best kickers in the last decade he has a record that woud be very hard to beat with the most feild goals in one season 45 made.
he plays for the Cardnals now he is now classed the secand best kicker behind Buffalo Bills Rian Lindell,he is the best kicker ever and thats why he is going to be one of the best players that will get to be in the hall of fame-Rian Lindell.
now back on Neil Rackers he is doing okay now on the Cardnals but he has one year left with them so all he has left is that record.
also Neil Rackers best friend is Kurt W. the QB for the Cardnals and by the way Tom Tupa needs to get of of the free agent list!!!!!
Someone should include a section on his dismal years with the bengals — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.209.20.7 (talk) 20:35, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
