Title is flawed

Self determination in international legal theory refers to the right of peoples to organise as sovereign states. The internal governance structures through which Native Americans manage their own affairs within the American state does not qualify as self determination. The title is therefore hugely misleading, and doesn't seem to be strongly supported by the use of the misleading term in the literature. It should be changed to something like 'Domestic politics of Native American communities' 79.79.241.34 (talk) 13:23, 24 December 2017 (UTC)
