I wish to create a brief listing that meets the Wikipedia criteria and have edited the original article. Please let me know if this is acceptable. Also, how can I create a link on our name to our website?
Thank you.

- Thank you for removing a huge portion of what made the article look like spam. I've reworked it a bit more. If you can address the notability issue (what precisely makes this organisation notable and add some reliable 3rd party sources which cover the association in a non-trivial manner it would be appreciated. Any assistance in providing direction on meeting above criteria would be greatly appreciated. I have been a staff director at National Sporting Good Association for nearly 23 years. The information placed in the listing is verifiable, but I don't know exactly what the wikipedia criteria are for that and what the process is to prove it. This is the only time I have placed content in Wikipedia. As far as notability, this organization has served the U.S. sporting goods industry since 1929. The association website (www.nsga.org) has all of the documentation. We are considered a reliable source of information by news media and others seeking information about the sporting goods industry.
Thank you very much. Sportswriter66 (talk) 18:03, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- I've added a welcome message to your talk page. It should help you get to some of the relevant criteria. You may also want to look at the help section which is linked to on the left of the screen in the interaction section. Jasynnash2 (talk) 08:03, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
