I'm not sure how this works but trying to get some assistance in finding out about some Chinese artifacts

Unknown artist of paintings

Hello. I am writing to you from Canada. I have 2 paintings of 2 very important people.... Yang Kwei-Shan, named Shi. A native of Chianglo of the Sung Dynasty. He acted as a magistrate to 3 districts... Liu-yang, Yuhang, and Hisao-shan. The 2nd painting is of... Hua Jui Fu Jen Fei Shih a native of Ching Cheng, was chosen to serve as a lady of the palace. Both paintings have a write-up in both English and Chinese. I am trying to find out who the artist was and how old these paintings are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
