National Film Award for Best Short FilmNational Film Award for Best Short Film (Up to 30 Min) – Recently the name was officially changed from "Best Short Fiction Film". The official sources, such as the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting's memorandum, government's press release and their X handle mention the new name as "Best Short Film (Up to 30 Min)". If it's part of the title, then it's a noun, and Up to is grammatically correct than Upto and Up-to. However, a user removed the part from the title. There was no explanation. But, since it can happen again, I'm starting an RM. 117.230.91.165 (talk) 07:19, 29 August 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Reading Beans 06:09, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
