A number of Director's have changed roles.

David Armond is now Director of a combined Intelligence and Operations directorate, while Trevor Pearce is now Director of Specialist Investigations. This page is also missing Jamie Saunders as Director of the National Cyber Crime Unit. Why SOCA to NCA?

It's not at all clear from this article why the NCA was created in the first place when there was already the SOCA.
