Update

[edit]

This is one version of the bill from 6/25/15. I don't know enough about this issue to update the article nor do I know what, if anything, has been done with this bill. https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/2908/text . For something like this, it's not worth grubbing through the different versions of the bills. You're better off skipping the bills (primary sources) and instead improving the article based on press releases, articles, etc. talking about the outcome of what happened with the bill. Such sources are also likely to talk about other aspects like why the bill didn't pass or whether they're introducing a new bill next year. If this were some key issue where the wording of the bill was likely to be super critical, THEN it would be worth looking at the actual bill, but doing it here is too much like OR. There will be a reasonable number of sources covering these bills' progress (there are at least two lobbying groups with nice websites dedicated to getting more attention for the bison). I have added a couple of cites to news articles that talk a bit about the legislation. Believe me when it passes someone will put something on the web.
