Special seats
[edit]Some explanation of the women's seats would be helpful. Are the other seats, by implication, men's seats or are these extra seats that are reserved for women? Are they elected or appointed? (and by whom?) Similarly, how are seats for Zanzibar allocated? Are they represented in the "normal" membership as well, or just in the appointed 5? – Philosopher Let us reason together. 11:23, 3 January 2013 (UTC)
