Well this is a start. There is quite a bit of information in the external sources that hasn't made it into the article. For example, I haven't added to the content since finding the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography and Lutine references. Billingd (talk) 11:54, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

American

[edit]

Nathaniel Portlock was an American, born in Norfolk, Virginia, about 1749. At the time he went aboard the St. Albans, he was a sailing master on a ship in the West Indies trade. He volunteered for the St. Albans under the threat of impressment. James Galloway (talk) 19:59, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Nathaniel Portlock. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

  • Attempted to fix sourcing for //derroteros.perucultural.org.pe/textos/derrotero7/king93.doc

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
