Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The subject appears to meet WP:NAUTHOR, but a lot of the interviews currently cited aren't terribly useful as citations, and I'm not sure that sources currently cited add up to GNG, as I'm not seeing too much in the way of independent coverage of the subject's life, just book reviews (good for NAUTHOR) and interviews (usually not sufficiently independent to count toward GNG)..

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because there are reliable sources that assert her importance. The article on this Indian author is comparable to the article on Robert Greene (American author).
