What does it mean by "most important" processes. Is it supposed to mean most commonly used? Srikumar 21:49, 27 June 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Srikumar raman (talk • contribs)
Template fabrication section should include laser ablation and micro machining techniques, with citations. Jesse Greener (talk) 04:24, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
Too many external links, ...
[edit]... and most of them are of purely advertising character anyway. If any of these links lead to material that furthers the understanding of NIL, we should say what people can expect from that link. All others will have to go, Wikipedia is not a directory of companies. --DrTorstenHenning 07:52, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
The name 'Nanoimprint Lithography' may have been invented by Steven Chou ... but is simply a fancy name for embossing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.203.254.176 (talk) 21:47, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
Is it really 'street width' as opposed to 'linewidth'? Surely it is 'plasmonic' rather thsn plasmontic'? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.203.254.176 (talk) 21:51, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
"Mold" or "template"?
[edit]Do "mold" and "template" refer to the same thing? If both terms can be used interchangeably, then perhaps the article should say so. Otherwise, what is the difference between a mold and a template in this context? 82.32.198.178 (talk) 10:04, 26 June 2012 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Nanoimprint lithography. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
