[edit]FAIR COMMENT ABOUT NANCY SKINNER
1. Skinner announced she was a candidate for 2004 Illinois Senate (this was in 2003) and was promptly canned by WLS AM-890 Chicago. She should have expected that she would not be permitted to keep her show and run for office.
2. Skinner was anti-Bush long before it was "cool" to be that way, whatever that means. The show, which started with the Monica Lewinsky debacle, was basically comprised of Ski Anderson and Nancy Skinner apologizing for Bill Clinton's peccadilloes... until George W. Bush was first rumored to be seeking the Presidency. Then it was just anti-Bush, anti-Bush, all the way to the end. Ya gotta love it, because you just can't like it.
UNFAIR COMMENT ABOUT NANCY SKINNER
She placed seventh in a field of eight Democrats seeking Illinois Senate in 2004. She actually lost to a teacher (not a good sign). She received about 20,000 votes. Hey, if you don't beat Barak Hussein Obama in an election with all of the national attention he has, fine, no criticism. But to lose to him and six other people, that's not a good sign, especially if you are a well-known person on the radio and TV.
POSITIVE COMMENT ABOUT NANCY SKINNER
She is beautiful... absolutely radiant. The camera loves her, which is more than I can say about Catherine Johns. She has a good voice for radio.
