  • Doraji: Chinese bellflower roots
  • Mu: Daikon
  • Gosari and Gobi: Fiddlehead ferns
    • Gosari is small and soft (Children's hands are referred to as gosari son when emphasizing their small size and the helplessness of the children.) Gobi is tougher, and I've only had them a few times.
